What a network cannot do for you
Paid traffic in this category stops the moment the card stops. The auctions are volatile, placement quality swings hard by geography, and account terminations are a normal operating risk rather than an incident. None of that is an argument against buying traffic — it is an argument against buying only traffic.

Why can I not just use Google or Meta?
Both prohibit adult advertising outright. It is a category exclusion in their policies rather than a review decision, so there is no appeal and no workaround that survives contact with an account review. That prohibition is the reason this category of network exists at all.
Which adult ad network is actually the best?
There is no single answer, and anyone giving you one is either an affiliate or has only used one. ExoClick and TrafficStars carry the most inventory, TrafficJunky sells tube traffic directly, and the smaller networks are often better for niche placements. The right choice depends on your format, your geos and whether you need someone to answer the phone.
Is traffic from these networks any good?
It varies enormously by placement and geography, far more than on mainstream networks. Budget for a testing period that you expect to lose money on, and treat any network-reported conversion figure as a claim rather than a measurement until your own tracking confirms it.
Do I still need organic if I am buying traffic here?
